Terms of Service

BoardWise is a sports forecasting product. A model estimates a win probability for each game, compares it with the sportsbook price, and ranks the resulting opportunities by edge, expected value, and Kelly strength. The output is analysis — one clear read per board — not a wager, a recommendation to bet, or a promise of profit.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view wagering-related content where you are located. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use BoardWise.

Sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure. Board access is plan-gated across guest, free, Founder, and admin tiers, and the markets available to you depend on your plan. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute BoardWise data, picks, or content without permission.
• Reverse engineer the model or attempt to reconstruct it from outputs.
• Share account access, or circumvent plan gates and rate limits.
• Use BoardWise for anything unlawful, or to harm the service or other users.

BoardWise ranks opportunities into tiers — No Edge, Tracker, Lean, Playable, Strong, Prime, and Verify. These are signal buckets, not guarantees. A higher tier reflects a stronger modeled edge at the posted price; it does not automatically mean higher historical ROI, and past performance does not predict future results. Every decision to wager is yours alone.

BoardWise, the Wise Choice™ and Wise Choices™ marks, the model, and all board content are owned by BoardWise Analytics LLC and its licensors. Team names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the product; nothing here transfers ownership.

Odds, prices, and lineups come from sportsbooks and data providers and can change or contain errors. BoardWise does not control this information and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the terms of any third party you choose to use.

BoardWise is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoardWise Analytics LLC is not liable for any losses — including wagering losses — arising from your use of the product. You assume full responsibility for your decisions.

We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms or the law. You can stop using BoardWise and request account deletion at any time. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Iowa.
