We keep the account footprint small and collect only what the board needs to run.

• Account — your email address, used for magic-link sign-in. No passwords are stored.
• Plan & access — your tier (guest, free, Founder, admin) and the boards it unlocks.
• Usage — pages viewed, boards opened, and markets expanded, used to improve the product.
• Device & log — IP address, browser type, and timestamps, kept for security and diagnostics.

We do not store your payment card. Billing, when applicable, is handled by our payment processor.

• Authenticate your sign-in and keep your session secure.
• Provide plan-appropriate board access and remember your view preferences.
• Measure how the board is used so we can rank and present opportunities more clearly.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We never use your information to make guarantees about outcomes. Signal buckets are not promises.

BoardWise uses a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember view settings. Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics help us understand which boards and markets are used. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with:

• Service providers who host, email, and process payments on our behalf, under contract.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and BoardWise.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and usage and log data for a limited period needed for security and product improvement. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from your account address. We honor verified requests within a reasonable time.

Access is protected by magic-link authentication and encrypted transport, and we limit internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BoardWise is intended only for adults 21 and older who are legally permitted to view wagering-related content. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you in the product.
